RIF Models of Care Communities

The Welsh Ministers aim to award a contract to deliver and facilitate a series of Communities of Practice (CoPs), to support the delivery of the new Health and Social Care Regional Integration Fund (RIF) from 2022-27. The CoPs will promote ongoing learning related to the key themes of the ‘A Healthier Wales’ programme A healthier Wales: long term plan for health and social care | GOV.WALES and the Social Services and Wellbeing Act Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (legislation.gov.uk) and will contribute towards the RIF’s aim of developing and ‘scaling up’ new national Models of Integrated Health and Social Care. The purpose of the CoPs is to provide a forum where colleagues with experience and responsibility in the relevant subject areas can: - Meet together, compare learning and share good practice - to promote productive discussion and encourage collaborative solutions to overcome common challenges - Work together to create materials to help support and embed integrated models of care, and to share learning more widely with colleagues across Wales. Lot 1: The Welsh Ministers aim to procure the continuation of CoPs established to support the RIF. The procurement exercise will be delivered over the Summer 2022 on eTenderWales and the successful bidder will be awarded a 3 years contract valued at GBP 170,000 to 180,000 (including VAT).
