Tender description

The purpose of this Contract is to provide and maintain the PSTN lines, voice call minutes, and to provide billing as required to all SPS establishments. The SPS has a separate contract for the provision of prisoner PIN phone telephony hardware and associated software systems for each establishment. The contract shall operate for a period of two years plus an additional one year extension option. The value of this contract is commercially sensitive to SPS, therefore no contract value has been provided in this notice. SPS procured and awarded this project as a Direct Award uneder the the CCS Framework RM3808 Network Services 2 – Lot 3.
