Passenger, Goods & Mobility Lifts Civic Estate - Servicing

Tender description

We are looking for a lifts contractor to assist with Passenger, Goods & Mobility Lifts servicing throughout the 22/23 financial year for the Civic Estate. There are up to 98 properties in Leeds areas with up to 752 visits between present date and 31/03/2023. Please note that these figures are subject to change if there is capacity to deliver with internal workforce, and/or due to omits and additions throughout the contract. We would expect that small scale repairs would be completed at the time of the service visit with any large scale repairs to be referred back to the Lift Section at Leeds Building Services. Values to be confirmed at the pre-start meeting. We expect that you would utilise our Sub-Contractor portal to update jobs and add in the servicing sheet and documentation. Please take this into consideration when submitting your tender. Performance will be monitored throughout monthly contract meetings. Poor performance may result in contract termination.
