Swansea Council are looking to extend the current partnership agreement to support Oracle eBusiness Suite whilst simultaneously upgrading to Oracle Cloud for existing services including provision of support for the Cloud environment. Lot 1: additional resource and support is required to ensure effective transfer to the new Oracle cloud system
