Innovate Communities (IC) is a social enterprise and a registered charity. Our role is to drive people-powered innovation, putting people at the heart of shaping their communities – to create local solutions to local problems. At Innovate Communities we want to see a world where people and communities harness their potential to be sources of health and regeneration. Our current website www.innovatecommunities.ie has served Innovate Communities for the past five years, and it is now time to embark on a new journey as the organisation adopts a new strategic plan for 2021-2025. As the company is growing, within nationally and internationally, so is our portfolio of work. We need to take a fresh look at our site to align it both with the goals of the organisation and those of our target groups, helping us to communicate our unique offerings and to help position Innovate Communities as leading experts in community-driven innovation on an international stage. The new site will act as an online home for Innovate Communities – communicating the unique way that we work with partners to create innovative community led solutions, ensuring every project brings value, impact, and sustainable results. Hence simplicity of communication to our broad range of stakeholders is key. We want to ensure our broad range of stakeholders understand our vision for community-driven innovation, so our website must reflect those we strive to support. It is also important to highlight key programmes delivered by the company, namely INSPIRE Mentoring, but also Incubate4growth, Youth Academy and our spaces and networks. We will require branding support AND logo development (not INSPIRE). Capturing the growth of key projects is critical. INSPIRE is one programme that has grown considerably and has its own team supporting its growth nationwide, soon venturing into Europe. Therefore, we require an option that facilitates a standalone site www.inspirementoring.ie. Lot 246091: Innovate Communities Website Upgrade We need to take a fresh look at our existing site. Our current website has served IC for the past five years, it is now time to update as IC adopts a new strategic plan for 2021-25. We require a brand-new website with up to 5 pages that can offer new ways to communicate, what INSPIRE Mentoring is. All the updating will be done in-house.
