Extension to Contract for IT Service Management Toolset

Tender description

This is a Transparency Notice publication to original Contract for SaaS licenses Service Now products, ITSM, ITOM, and SAM applications and professional implementation services as required to deploy Service Now. This notice replaces previous published awarded contract notice: https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/fa903f7e-00ce-40e2-8ea0-5209dafb9f81 published on the 17th December 2019. The available 24 month option to extend the contract period has since been taken extending the contract expiry date up to the 17th October 2023. The original procurement was undertaken through the CCS RM1557.11 G-Cloud 11, Lot 2 & Lot 3 following Direct Award process. Total maximum award value is the maximum of all charges including all optional extensions. This value modification has been completed in compliance with regulation 72 (a) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. CQC Reference: CQC ICTC 824.
