Children's Health Ireland (CHI) welcomes responses to this Request for Information (RFI) relating to the development and implementation of a CHI-wide training programme: Speaking up for patient safety and quality care, promoting professional accountability and addressing unprofessional behavior; to strengthen a culture of safety and professionalism and support how to implement the use of an anonymous reporting system for unprofessional behaviour.
