The project consists of the provision of prefabricated modular accommodation post primary school teaching spaces at St Paul’s Community College and consists of the following: 1 x Science Lab & prep area, 1 x Home Economics room, 1 x Woodwork room & 2 MCR's. DT to establish if SoA to be bespoke or housed in 2nr layout type 2s (Approx 890m2)
