CTER IT Systems Contract

Tender description

This contract was awarded under the Crown Commercial Services Framework Agreement, G-Cloud 12 (A supplier has been appointed to work with CTER staff in the discovery, implementation and early-life support of CTER’s Corporate ICT Systems. The contract will essentially focus on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform with the overarching objective to deliver systems for Finance, HR and Payroll.The discovery stage will include a high level review of the suitability of Dynamics 365 against CTER’s finance, HR and payroll requirements. This stage will also include a scoping exercise to assess the potential opportunities for additional work areas covering Grants and Funding, and data management processes, looking at the Power Platform and Data Warehouse/Data Lake.The implementation stage will involve the design, delivery and testing of the solutions agreed from the discovery stage. This is expected to include the Finance, HR and Payroll systems, and will likely include migration of data from legacy systems. The timescale for delivery of this stage is April 2023.The early-life support stage will be determined as the implementation stage ends, although it is anticipated that support for delivered systems will be required during 2023-24. This stage could also include further developments of the systems and potentially other systems depending on the outcomes of the implementation stage and initial discovery stage.
