CP2225-22 MetaCompliance Managed Service

Tender description

The purpose of this procurement is for Devon County Council to buy a service that will manage the day-to-day operation of our Data Protection and Cyber Security Awareness platform, MetaCompliance. This service will include the following activities:\r \r • Operational management of the Council's MetaCompliance application\r • Management of new starters on the application whose accounts are not provisioned through our ActiveDirectory sync client\r • Design of cyber security and data protection awareness raising campaigns\r • Provision of new and revised cyber security and data protection policies to staff using the MetaCompliance system.\r • Implementation of cyber security and data protection awareness raising campaigns using the Council's MetaCompliance system\r • Operational support for end-users on the system\r • Regular reporting on policy completion and training compliance to help improve uptake of training\r • Quarterly reviews of progress with campaigns.\r
