Contract for the provision and support of GeoServer instance. Refer to ITQ …. London Borough of Redbridge requires a hosted GIS data and a solution to provide access to the GIS data stored for 3rd party solutions such as Agile GIS. The technical solution must be based on GeoServer for the access to the overall services and PostGIS to store the spatial or geolocated data. The solution will provide requirements described below: • Implementation of GeoServer in Azure for LB of Redbridge as well as install a PostGIS server which LB of Redbridge can host their GIS data and set up. • Setup of 100 layers to be done by Supplier and access to allow LB of Redbridge staff to carry out additional GIS layers • Redbridge will be responsible for adding and maintaining of layers and the WMS and WFS services will be created by LB of Redbridge. • Supplier will provide technical support to LB of Redbridge to keep the GIS environment available • The GIS data will initially be used and accessed primarily by the Agile Application products with Planning, Building Control and Land Charges. Other systems will be integrated at later dates.
