TVCA wishes to consider options for taking forward a number of road development schemes across the region, in the absence of central government grant funding TVCA wants to be proactive in supporting local authorities in arriving at a funding financing solution for the schemes, and would like to consider the options available for bringing sources of private finance into the scheme and exploring of the potential for the schemes to be self-financing.
