Midland Heart is currently considering procurement options for the provision of tree surveys and works and wishes to engage with the market in order to gather ideas and suggestions to inform any future specification and procurement of this service. Lot 1: Tree Surveys At this current time, Midland Heart proposes the use of two contractors for surveys and works to segregate duties and ensure Midland Heart and its customers achieve value for money.
