T247 - Professional services to support the design and delivery of statutory public consultation on NHS service changes (Humber Acute Services Programme)

Tender description

Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is inviting tenders for the provision of professional services to support the design and delivery of statutory public consultation on NHS service change (Humber Acute Services Programme). The purpose of the commission is to appoint an external organisation to assist the Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership to undertake a wide-ranging public consultation regarding the future of acute hospital services in the Humber region. The activity is split into two lots - Lot 1 - Consultation, Design, Analysis and Reporting; and Lot 2 - Consultation Delivery. Lot 1: Consultation Design, Analysis and Reporting Lot 1 covers a range of activities, to ensure a robust approach to the collation and analysis of feedback is undertaken. The core activities are grouped under the following headings:1. Design of research approach2. Analysis of consultation responses3. Reporting on findings Lot 2: Consultation Delivery and Support Lot 2 will cover a range of delivery-focused activities that will help to ensure successful delivery of the core aims and objectives of the consultation.
