Online School Payments System Cashless Catering System Lot 1: Online School Payments (Lot 1) Lot 1: Online School Payments Online Payments are now an embedded aspect of how Parents/Carers pay for School Meals, Music Tuition and any other payments in relation to paying for services for pupils. The system allows: Parents/Carers to pay online for services relating to School Meals, Music Tuition, Trips etc 24/7 via a Tablet, Phone or PC; the ability for teachers to do Classroom Meal Selection in Primary Schools and Nursery; going forward providing parents/carers with the ability also to select meal choice at home. The system allows transactions reconciliation by Finance Teams, along with the ability to run reports. Lot 2: Provision of a Cashless Catering System (Lot 2) Cashless Catering has been in our Secondary Schools for many years with Pupils using ‘revaluation units’ to top-up balances as required. It allows Parents to add money to accounts via the Online School Payment System (Lot 1 mentioned above).
