Good Information and advice is core to supporting people to remain as independent as possible which in turn helps people lead healthier and more independent lives. In Norfolk we commission a range of advice services that support a range of services delivered by third sector organisations through a partnership approach. Lot 1: Social Welfare Information, Advice & Representation This Lot is for the provision of social welfare information, advice and representation services. Lot 2: Community Advocacy This Lot is for the provision of community advocacy services. A full description of the services can be found in the service specification.
