*** Pre-Market Engagement*** - The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a replacement Managed Services Contract for the Maintenance and Support for Fixed and Mobile Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) Installations. This ANPR Service Contract will involve: • Fixed Site/Mobile ANPR Incident Resolution Services; • Fixed Site/Mobile ANPR Installation and Relocation Services; • Fixed Site Routine Maintenance and • NASPLE Compliance Testing Prior to initiating procurement, PSNI wishes to undertake a Pre-Market Engagement (PME) Exercise in order to understand current market capabilities in respect of these technologies, as well as establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process. Any information received during the course of this PME Exercise will then be used to help inform the business case which is under development, specification schedule and potential procurement process. ***All completed questionnaires must be submitted via the messaging function on eTendersNI (under reference 4260967) before 3PM on Monday 27 June 2022.*** Lot 1: Pre-Market Engagement exercise.
