• Carry out fire door replacements and alterations and adaptations to doors as detailed within survey and site inspection • Supply and install new fire doors with certification checks by P Halsey these are the • Supply and install all new fire rated hinges and fire seals • Replace door closers needed, install new stainless steel fire keep shut door signs • Replace glass VPs noted in survey with new seals • New and repaired doors to have new stainless steel furniture • Adjust and ease all existing doors as to survey • Decorate all newly installed doors and frames to agreed colours • Supply and install new grid ceiling to Kitchen and store and fit new tiles • To toilets repair ceilings and install new tiles needed • To Toilets supply labour and materials to remove all waste and repair boxing sections • Construct new boxing cupboard around new water cylinder • To Kitchen repair boxings and make good damaged goods • Remove all waste from site and leave site clean and tidy .
