The Brothers of Charity of Lota House, Glanmire, Cork require that the electrical distribution system serving the Lota House campus be upgraded. A summary of works is as follows... Complete existing system survey, consult with Client and Engineer to finalise configuration of upgraded distribution network, order new main distribution board (MDB) and new submain distribution boards and pillars (DBs), complete excavation and laying of ducts for new distribution and submain cabling, complete building works associated with new distribution pillars, complete other building works, disconnect and remove existing and install new MDB connecting existing supplies and feeders, install new distribution and submain cabling, install and connect new submain DBs and pillars, changeover of existing to new arrangements on a phased basis, survey and test existing installations, complete other works.
