Single Party Framework for the Supply and Delivery of Service, Maintenance, Repair of Fuel Pumps, Fuel Tanks and the provision of a Web based Fuel Management System to Dublin Fire Brigade

Dublin City Council proposes to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for 4 years, for the Service, Maintenance, Repair of Fuel Pumps, Fuel Tanks and the provision of an online Fuel Management System to provide real time data on fuel stocks and record fuel dispensed into DFB vehicles. In addition to planned Inspections /maintenance and sampling, repairs may be required at other times due to wear and tear / breakages etc. and would be in response to a call-out. Successful tenderer/s must also provide a web based fuel management system that allows for real time monitoring of fuel stocks and provides a reporting system on all fuel dispensed into DFB Vehicles. The Web Based fuel system must have the capability to: • Provide Real Time Fuel Stock levels for all DFB Sites (Currently 16 Locations) • Provide reports on the quantity of Fuel / add Blue dispensed into individual vehicles • Monitor the temperature of fuel stocks stored in each tank on all DFB sites • Provide the capacity details of each fuel tank on DFB Sites • Provide reports on the date / time / location of all fuel dispensed • Monitor and provide reports on deliveries of fuel received at DFB sites • Have the ability to identify each vehicle in the DFB fleet • Have the ability to record personnel dispensing fuel • Access to reports can be restricted to nominated personnel • Store all data securely and in accordance with DCC data storage requirements • Allow system users to query data to generate custom reports • Can allow for up to 1000 personnel dispensing fuel • System will allow nominated DFB Administrators to add / delete personnel, vehicles, tags and generate management reports.
