Worthing Homes wishes to procure a Commercial Off The Shelf solution for the entirety of its Housing and Asset Management operations. More information on the business rationale for this can be found in the SQ document Lot 1: The requirements form a single Lot. Potential Suppliers are sought that can supply the entirety of the contract. The scope is: 1. Supply and implementation of software covering all aspects of housing operations 2. Provision of qualified project and technical resource to deliver the solution 3. Implementation services to support WH's drive for process optimisation and provision of interfaces to other systems 4. Support and maintenance of the solution including hosting services 5. Ongoing development of the software. Ideally, WH expects to procure: 1. A ‘Commercial off the Shelf’ product set 2. A single ‘look and feel’ UI 3. A system that is easy to use and navigate 4. A solution with a single, modern ‘technical architecture’ 5. Web services integration capabilities 6. Integration with Microsoft’s Office365 7. Capabilities that enable WH to build workflows.
