Tender description

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a single supplier framework agreement for the provision of Payment Card Processing and Banking Services. ESB require the successful service provider to be able to accept payments from customers using Credit and Debit Cards, and collect the funds and pass to a nominated Electricity Supply Board bank account. Typically, a customer will make a payment over the telephone, via IVR or online. ESB require the ability to take funds in both Euro and Sterling currencies.
