National Framework for Medium Works Version 2

This PIN supersedes 20220607-000008To establish the second version of the current Medium Works framework with The Eduction Alliance. This national framework covers Works projects between £250k and £10m in value, within the UK for the whole of the public sector. The framework will aim to provide the public sector with a Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR2015) compliant procurement vehicle that enables public authorities to be able to purchase from local, as well as national Contractors. The Framework will be let on a National basis and will be let for 4 years from January 2023. Each lot will then be split down into a number of regions based on NUTS coding, resulting in a number of Sub Lots. It is proposed that for each of the Sub Lots, there will be a maximum of 9 Contractors. With 6 being allocated to a Core List and 3 to a Reserve List. Lot 2: Lot 2 £1m - £5m This lot of for the value band £1m - £5m. Each lot will then be split down into a number of regions based on NUTS coding, resulting in a number of Sub Lots. It is proposed that for each of the Sub Lots, there will be a maximum of 9 Contractors. With 6 being allocated to a Core List and 3 to a Reserve List. Lot 3: Lot 3 £5m - £10m This lot of for the value band £5m - £10m . Each lot will then be split down into a number of regions based on NUTS coding, resulting in a number of Sub Lots.
