Multi Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of a Recruitment Agency to supply fixed term and temporary agency staff and recruitment services for Waterford and Wexford Education and Training

Tender description

Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board WWETB) (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this Request for Tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the appointment to a Multi Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of a Recruitment Agency to supply fixed term and temporary agency staff and recruitment services for Waterford and Wexford ETB as outlined in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Services”). The successful tenderer/service provider will be responsible for the provision of Fixed Term and Temporary Agency staff on a fixed term and temporary basis to support the core staff of Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board as and when required. This public procurement competition will be divided into 2 lots (each a “lot”) as described below. Each lot will result in a separate contract. The tender is divided into 2 Lots. Tenderers may submit proposals for one or more lots and must be clear on which lots they are tendering for in their response. The minimum contract awarded will be one Lot. Tenderers may tender for one or two lots. Lot 1: Waterford Lot 2: Wexford WWETB will rank three suppliers per geographical lot from which the service can be withdrawn on a cascade basis or geographical basis.
