Tender description

Please note that this Contract has been awarded and this Notice is for transparency purposes only. As part of the Individual Vehicle Approval (IVA) scheme various types of equipment used, which includes decelerometers. The decelerometers used by DVSA include GMeters and GMeter+, as well as the use of Tintman and Breaksafe equipment during the tests. The DVSA has awarded a Contract to Turnkey Instruments Limited for the supply of maintenance services for G Meters and Related Equipment. This procurement activity has been completed as a Single Tender Action (STA). This is in compliance with Public Contracts Regulations 2015 32(2)(b)(ii) as competition is absent due to technical capability as Turnkey are the manufacturer of the equipment and are the only Supplier who can maintain the equipment.
