ITT291 Appointment of a Video Capture and Streaming Library Solution - AWARD

Tender description

The University of Northampton is seeking to acquire a video capture and streaming library solution which both supports video streaming and capture and is tightly integrated with the University Virtual Learning Environment Blackboard. Staff and students will create recording either as part of standard curriculum delivery or during assessments. These may need to be edited prior to being shared with various audiences. The overall platform and the recordings need to be accessible for all University stakeholders. For the purpose of this tender, suppliers should price for a total bandwidth and storage consumption of 40Tb each year for the period of contract. The current supplier contract expires on 31st July 2022, the tender timeline allows for an overlap between the existing supplier and any potential new supplier to upskill staff, develop support material and migrate content. The envisaged contract length will be 3 years plus 1 optional year extension.
