Framework for horticultural products including bedding plants, trees, shrubs, hanging baskets. Lot 1: Bedding Plants Lot 1- Bedding plants. Annual bulk order through Greener Services with smaller orders placed occasionally via other departments. Lot 2: Trees and Shrubs Lot 2 - Trees and Shrubs Lot 3: Hanging Baskets Lot 3 - Hanging baskets. Annual bulk order via Greener Services department with possibility of smaller orders from other Council departments. Lot 4: Flowering Bulbs Lot 4 - Flowering bulbs Lot 5: Horticultural Materials Lot 5 - General horticultural materials including bark, compost, tree irrigation and stakes etc.
