Tender description
Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a Contractor to undertake external decoration and painting of internal communal areas with pre-paint repairs where needed, to its housing stock, which consists of a mixture of bungalows, houses and blocks of flats. Bidders are advised that the budget for the year is in the region of £400,000. However, the Council makes no guarantee of the volume or value of work to be required under this contract, which will be judged on the basis of satisfactory performance.
