Gazette Data Feed

Tender description

A regular feed of data which includes London/ Edinburgh and Belfast Gazette notifications to support the identification of employers who fall into administration and/or liquidation. Notifications include but not limited to employers who are Companies, Partnerships, LLPs. Company/ business statuses are required to support wider usage of AE data. This information is used as an indication that an employer has ceased to exist. This information is used to identify risk and/or priority of enforcement action. Pro-active identification of a company status reduces the burden on employers who may otherwise be required to tell us of their insolvency status to identify where no AE employer duties apply. This data supports data matching processes within AE data services (BAU).
