Bathroom 1: First Floor - Bathroom / WC - Removals and Renewal. Soft strip/ remove bath, sink, toilet, remove tiles, remove floors, skirting, architrave, radiator, remove fan & lighting. Toilet 2: Remove sink, toilet, flooring, radiator, lighting, skirting and architrave. Make good all the above in Bathroom 1 and Toilet 2, plastering, flooring, and replace bath suite like for like. Supply and fit new tiles, skirting, architrave, radiators, extractor fan and lighting. Re-decoration.
