Dans le cadre du projet d’interconnexion HVDC CELTIC, qui permettra de relier l’Irlande à la France, CIDAC doit faire construire une station de conversion. Cette affaire a pour objet la contractualisation par le groupement CIDAC d’une prestation d’Assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage lors de la phase de conception et de construction de la station de conversion située en France. Ce projet est soutenu par le mécanisme pour l’interconnexion en Europe. Lot 1: The contractor shall support CIDAC in the following activities: - Define the monitoring programmes to control the civil engineering studies and works of the converter station in France; - Carry out the control of the civil engineering studies in France ; - Control of the civil works in France ; - Assist in acceptance operations and quality control of the works CIDAC reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial offers without negotiation.
