Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the design and construction of 27 Nr dwellings together with, site preparation works, external works and drainage including any required offsite drainage and highways works.The works will take place at the former Penygraig Junior School Site, located within the county borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf.This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
