Mini Competition for the Landfilling of Residual Waste (unsuitable for processing via Thermal Treatment Facilities) (no. 27/17)

Tender description

South Lanarkshire Council has a requirement for a suitably qualified provider for the provision of the Landfilling of Residual Waste (unsuitable for processing via Thermal Treatment Facilities) throughout South Lanarkshire. The proposed contract is a renewal of previous procurement arrangements. The call-off contract is under the Scotland Excel Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Treatment and Disposal of Recyclable and Residual Waste (no. 27/17). The Call Off Contract under the DPS is awarded via Mini-Competition: Lot 21 – Treatment and Disposal of Residual Waste The contract will run for a period from 01 June 2022 – 31 December 2025 with no option to extend. The proposed contract is a renewal of previous procurement arrangements. The Council have identified the Scotland Excel Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Treatment and Disposal of Recyclable and Residual Waste (no. 27/17)where a contract is awarded via Mini Competition based on the most economically advantageous tender received.
