ITT for the Provision of Legal and Related Services for the Central Bank of Ireland

Tender description

The Central Bank invited Tenders for appointment to one or more Framework Agreements for the provision of the legal and related services described in Appendix 1A of the ITT document, and in more detail in the individual appendices relating to each service, which were uploaded with the contract notice. The legal and related services are required in respect of a number of separate lots. Lot 1: Lot A - Core Legal Services Lot A Core Legal Services – Lot A - relates to the provision of legal advices and legal representation and support in relation to the Central Bank’s primary responsibilities as described in the ITT. Duration in months: 48 Lot 2: Lot B1 Employment and related services (General Legal Services) Lot B relates to General Legal Services regarding the provision of legal advices and legal representation and support, and is divided into two separate Lots. This Lot B1 relates to Employment and related services. Duration in months: 48 Lot 3: Lot B2 Commercial and operations (General Legal Services) Lot B relates to General Legal Services regarding the provision of legal advices and legal representation and support, and is divided into two separate Lots. This Lot B2 relates to Commercial and operations. Duration in months: 48 Lot 4: Lot C - Enforcement-related Legal Services Lot C Enforcement-related Legal Services relates to the provision of legal advices and legal representation and support in relation to the Central Bank's enforcement responsibilities. Duration in months: 48 Lot 5: Lot D1 – Senior Counsel Lot D1 is for Senior Counsel services. Duration in months: 24 Lot 6: Lot D2 – Experienced Junior Counsel (8+ years PQE) Lot D2 relates to Experienced Junior Counsel (8+ years PQE) services. Duration on months: 24 Lot 7: Lot D3 – Junior Counsel (4 to 7 years PQE) Lot D3 relates to Junior Counsel (4 to 7 years PQE) services. Duration on months: 24 Lot 8: Lot D4 – Junior Counsel (0 to 3 years PQE) Lot D4 relates to Junior Counsel (0 to 3 years PQE) services. Duration in months: 24 Lot 9: Lot E - Legal and Professional Data Management and eDiscovery Services Lot E - Legal and Professional Data Management and eDiscovery Services regarding the provision of data management and eDiscovery and services, legal and professional support services and document review services. Duration in months: 48 Lot E is not confined to legal firms as it covers a wide range of eDiscovery services Lot 10: Lot F - Document Review Services Lot F - Document Review Services regarding the provision of document review and analysis services, including in support of the Central Bank’s ongoing inquiries and investigations.
