Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Consultancy

Tender description

West Berkshire Council would like to commission expert support for the development of our approach to Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). This is anticipated to be a supplier(s) with specialist knowledge for nine to twelve months to deliver an EDI framework to express a vision, principles, aims/objectives with an accompanying action plan, grounded in lived experience, to deliver EDI across West Berkshire. We are looking for either a single supplier or a collaboration of suppliers that can provide consultancy expertise to develop and assist in the roll out the above framework. This will support the following priorities within our Council Strategy: • Support everyone to reach their full potential • Ensure our vulnerable children and adults achieve better outcomes.
