624 - Apprenticeship System Project

Tender description

A supplier is sought to provide a supplementary system to our infrastructure that will integrate with Tribal's SITS student management system and the Moodle e-learning platform to support the management of apprenticeship students and employers, and electronically capture the documentary evidence required during the learner lifecycle, including: Employer/ Apprentice agreement; Commitment Statements; Learner Skills Assessments; End-Point Assessments (EPAs); Learner Progress Reviews and Off the Job Training. The solution will need to offer a fixed cost for an initial three years based on the supplier licencing model. The full cost model and how it scales should be provided with responses.
