The works will comprise of undertaking Doors and Windows replacements to meet with Welsh Housing Quality StandardsWorks will include the removal of existing doors and windows and replacing with new UPVC doors and windows in line with “Secured by Design” principals and current British Standards.The programme consists of 119No. properties in total of traditional construction and various architypes.
