Contract Award - Provision of a 24 Hour Temporary Supported Housing service with move-on units for people aged 16-25 who are homeless, at risk of homelessness and require support in a safe, stable environment. Young People will be supported to learn independent living skills, engage in work, training, education or volunteering and manage their health and wellbeing. Lot 1: Llanelli Area 2, four bed accommodation (8 units) 1, five to six bed accommodation (5-6 units) 3 Move-on units in close proximity (3 units) Lot 2: Ammanford Area Provision of a 24 Hour Temporary Supported Housing service with move-on units for people aged 16-25 who are homeless, at risk of homelessness and require support in a safe, stable environment.
