Statistical analysis of lamb amino acid composition

HCC require a statistician to analyse a data set investigating the effect of both season and lamb gender on the total amino acid composition of PGI Welsh Lamb.Trial 3 – which ran throughout 2021 and into 2022 - investigated the impact of seasonality and lamb gender on lamb meat quality.In total 144 chump samples were submitted for analysis.
