The Royal Borough of Greenwich is pleased to offer an opportunity for two Contractors to construct Hidden Homes within the Royal Borough's housing stock. The procurement seeks tenders to construct Hidden Homes. Hidden Homes can be constructed on vacant, underutilised or derelict areas such as old garages, stores, parking, space under existing residential blocks, on roofs of residential blocks and infill areas between blocks.
