Tender description

<p>Sedgemoor District Council are seeking the services of a competent and experienced contractor to undertake works to a surface water pumping station to bring it up to adoptable standard to Wessex Water requirements. The pumping station is located just off East Quay in Bridgwater TA4 4DB, which receives surface & highway water from the local area. There are a number of requirements, with the main ones listed below. • Design metal steps & platform to give access to the pump chambers • Topographical survey of the site • CCTV & jetting out the receiving culvert • Install solo lift chamber covers • Clean out the internal sump • Modifications on access entry into the sump • Load test on the sites runaway bean, dolly & shackle • + few other minor tasks At this stage we are seeking expressions of interest by Monday 6th June.
