Recruitment Advertising and Related Services - Further competition

Tender description

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (the MHRA) requires a range of recruitment advertising and related services to help attract suitable candidates for some job vacancies, and reach diverse audiences for roles including targeting specific demographics on request. We do not require support for all vacancies, so these Services shall be called off as and when required in conjunction with our standard recruitment advertising (Civil Service Jobs and Taleo). We wish to appoint an experienced Service Provider who can provide a high quality and responsive service to meet recruitment objectives. The expected scope of the range of Services required, shall include but shall not be limited to: Primary/Core Requirements • Media planning and buying and booking of advertising space (negotiating competitive pricing) • Developing and placing advertisements for job vacancies through agreed media channels - which may include creative touches to help the details stand out and/or meet agreed employer branding standards; as well as helping with the content/wording of advertisements • Recommending advertising channels and providing advice from your understanding of recruitment markets and market trends to maximise talent attraction (we acknowledge there are challenges recruiting into the public sector) • Helping with media selection to reach markets of candidates typically under-represented and to ensure diversity • Monitoring the quality of final advert production (if required) • Responsibility for managing relevant third parties in fulfilling the Services Other Requirements (required less frequently) • Providing production services (including proof reading, copy editing, copywriting, typesetting etc) • Providing creative services (including design, specialist artwork, print work etc) • Conducting media and recruitment research • Assistance with developing an employer branding strategy • Evaluating advertising outcomes and monitoring the effectiveness and performance of channels • Provision of other related Services, which could include: digital consultancy; social media training; social media community management.
