Provision of goods and services in relation to Pan-Network Distribution Monitoring Devices

This contract award notice covers a range of 3+2 year Framework Agreement awards for the provision and additional services in relation to a range of distribution monitoring devices for monitoring the clean and waste water networks of Yorkshire Water Services. The tender was split into 5 lots: Lot 1 - Pressure & Flow loggers Lot 2 - Transient loggers Lot 3 - PRV Controllers Lot 4 - Wastewater close property loggers Lot 5 - Acoustic loggers The total estimated value of the contracts is £41.14m for the 3+2 year term. Lot 1: Provision of goods and services in relation to pressure and flow loggers Lot 1 involves the provision of goods and services under a 3+2 year Framework Agreement in relation to pressure and flow loggers. Lot 1 is awarded to a single supplier and the Framework entails the following services which can be called-off: hardware provision, data platform provision, logger installation Lot 2: Provision and additional services in relation to transient loggers Lot 2 involves the provision of goods and services under a 3+2 year Framework Agreement in relation to transient loggers. Lot 2 is awarded to 3 suppliers for 3 separate sub-requirements in relation to transient loggers and entails the following services which can be called off through the Framework: hardware provision, data platform provision, logger installation. Lot 3: Provision of goods and services in relation to PRV Controllers Lot 3 involves the provision of goods and services under a 3+2 year Framework Agreement in relation to PRV Controllers. Lot 3 is awarded to 3 suppliers for 3 separate sub-requirements in relation to PRV Controllers and entails the following services which can be called off: hardware provision and data platform provision. Lot 4: Provision of goods and services in relation to wastewater close property loggers (gully and soil stack) Lot 4 involves the provision of goods and services under a 3+2 year Framework Agreement in relation to wastewater close property loggers i.e. gully and soil stack close property loggers. Lot 4 is awarded to a single supplier and entails the following services which can be called off through the Framework: hardware provision, data platform provision, logger installation and logger maintenance. Lot 5: Provision of goods and services in relation to acoustic loggers Lot 5 involves the provision of goods and services under a 3+2 year Framework Agreement in relation to acoustic loggers. Lot 5 is awarded to a single supplier and entails the following services which can be called off through the Framework: hardware provision, data platform provision, logger installation, logger maintenance and adoption of current estate of acoustic loggers.
