Oberstown Children Detention Campus requires a total Facilities Management service, which provides an economic solution to their needs but not one that compromises quality of service. The Service Requirement is for a Total Facilities Management Service where a single entity procures and provides the full range of facility management services for and on behalf of the client. The range of services to be provided encompasses as mentioned in the PQQ. Lot 1: Oberstown Children Detention Campus requires a total Facilities Management service, which provides an economic solution to their needs but not one that compromises quality of service. The Service Requirement is for a Total Facilities Management Service where a single entity procures and provides the full range of facility management services for and on behalf of the client. The range of services to be provided encompasses the following services: • Contract Management • Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management • Maintenance of building fabric, mechanical and electrical services • Provision of a number of full time posts including a facilities co-ordinator and a technical assistant. • Ad Hoc Cleaning Services (Periodic - Deep Cleaning, Bio Cleaning, Reactive Cleaning, Feminine Hygiene and Window Cleaning), • Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping, • Porterage, carriage and movement of articles around the campus • Specialist Equipment (e.g. secure environment equipment, dental equipment, gym equipment, catering equipment and Oberstown vocational trades equipment) • Waste Management, • Pest Control • Utilities Monitoring • Additional Services – (e.g. provision of consultancy for Architectural, Engineering, Security and Health and Safety Services) • Project Management • Helpdesk Services • CAFM • Energy Management/Sustainability
