Provision of a High Performance Sport Culture & Integrity Advisor for Sport Ireland

he Sport Ireland High Performance Strategy 2021-2032 will be delivered under the philosophy that our athletes and the people who support them are at the heart of everything we do. As we embark on achieving the ambitious objectives of this strategy, we place an emphasis on good culture and high levels of integrity throughout the high performance system. Sport Ireland seeks the services of a High Performance Culture & Integity Advisor. This role will be strategically aligned to the high performance system's philosophy and strategic pillar, namely Athlete Performance & Holistic Supports. The role will require an approach which is focused on development and support to those operating within Ireland's high performance system. The High Performance Culture & Integity Advisor will develop programmes and offer bespoke interventions which ensure culture and integity are prioritised by all within an NGB's High Performance Programme.
