Lease Advisory Services

Tender description

The primary objective of the contract is to provide leasing advisory services (advice and guidance on existing and new lease arrangements), lease brokering services, capital planning and options appraisal services, lease portfolio management, capital finance advisory services, new asset financing advisory services, new and existing asset financing, and leasing training (where it may be required). This will include: • Leasing Strategy • Technical and accounting advice on equipment and property leases • Alternative finance products and solutions • Market news and developments • Staff training • A commercially sound facility to provide for acquisition of leased assets and equipment Lease facilities will be required for vehicle fleet, specialist vehicles, ICT, plant, general equipment, and any other asset type the Council may require.
