The key deliverable is to deliver a single IT platform where risk and controls can be managed, analysed and reported on across the organisation. This 'single source of truth' for Risk and Controls information will enable: - Visible and transparent management of risk and controls across the whole organisation encouraging best practise and cross cutting analysis. - More time spent on analysis and challenge by risk professionals instead of gathering data reducing admin burden and making better use of resource. - Standard and easy to produce visuals for hubs to support senior leader conversations.
