Tender description

This project consists of re-grouting the 21 separate valleys (with a combined length of 225m) of the pitched roof of the school and re-pointing the ridges. Removal of 70 individual roof lights (combined area of ca. 110 sq.m) and installation of new roof lights. The overall area of the roof is c 4,270m². The original school was constructed in 1997.
