Tender description

Compliant Procurement Solutions Ltd (CPS) is seeking to establish a framework to provide energy and water broker services for the benefit of CPS and all UK Contracting Authorities. It is the intention that this Framework will be on a sole supply basis onto one lot that will combine both 1) Energy and Water Procurement Broker Services and 2) Energy and Water Bill Validation and Bureau Services. Lot 1: The duration of the Framework Agreement is intended to last for a period of four years. Call-offs may be made in the final year of the Framework Agreement which may extend the durations beyond this period. It is intended that this Framework Agreement will be capable of being used by other Contracting Authorities in UK.
