<p>Nottingham City Council and Leicestershire County Council are seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified providers as a managed service provider for the provision of support services for Oracle Fusion Cloud platform. Nottingham City Council (NCC) and Leicestershire County Council (LCC) formed the East Midlands Shared Services partnership (EMSS) which came into being in 2010. EMSS also provides HR and payroll services to a number of additional organisations.
